Charleston Area Transgender Support (C.A.T.S.) offers in person meetings for all transgender adults 18 and over.  Meetings are held the second Saturday of each month from 7pm to 9pm in a secure Charleston, SC area location. Please check the website for specific information   www.chasareatsupport.org

‘We Are Family’ non-profit organization to provide affirming spaces for LGBTQ+ and ally youth up to the age of 24 through direct support, leadership development, and community engagement.

‘We Are Family’ offers Biweekly zoom calls on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7 pm for ages 18-24.

Planned Parenthood Charleston Health Center offers the following services specifically for clients who identify as LGBTQ:

Transgender clients, regardless of age, gender identity, or gender expression, are welcome to visit to receive the preventative, sexual, and reproductive health care services provided in an affirming environment. Planned Parenthood Provides all services including gender affirming hormone therapy on an informed consent basis. They do not require a mental health referral to initiate hormone therapy.
